All of our ADR Officials are recruited on a permanent basis with no fixed term employment.
We have 33 ADR officials, which consist of 2 managers, 4 supervisors, 23 adjudicators and 4 arbitrators. All were appointed on a permanent basis after a rigorous interview to check competency.
