How to claim flight delay compensation for a Delta flight?
Have you already complained to Delta?
Please note that to be eligible to make a flight delay complaint against Delta, you must have already complained to Delta directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given Delta eight (8) weeks to respond to your flight delay compensation dispute.
After having given Delta 8 weeks to respond, you may pass your complaint on to AviationADR!
PLEASE NOTE: AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.

How to make a flight delay complaint against Delta?

The Delta ADR Process
- You complain to Delta directly in writing and allow them 8 weeks to respond
- If you were left unsatisfied with Delta, and want to escalate, you fill out the AviationADR Complaint Form

- After you’ve filled out and submitted the form to AviationADR, Delta gets 28 days to reply to your complaint: they can either settle, or challenge it
- AviationADR establishes a Complete Complaint File, and a specialist Adjudicator makes a Determination within 60 days of this date
That’s it! In it’s simplest form: all you need to do is submit your Delta complaint to us, and we handle the rest.
