How to claim flight delay compensation for an Air Canada Rouge flight?

You might have rights under EU law when it comes to flight delay compensation. This page will give you the details on how you can claim flight delay compensation for a delayed Air Canada Rouge flight.

Have you already complained to Air Canada Rouge?

You must contact Air Canada Rouge first before coming to AviationADR and allow them to resolve the complaint for you. Passengers need to contact the airline directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given Air Canada Rouge eight (8) weeks to respond to your flight delay compensation dispute.

After having given Air Canada Rouge 8 weeks to respond, you’re able to submit your complaint to AviationADR if they’ve left you unsatisfied!

PLEASE NOTE: AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.

Compensation amounts: Do you know how much you’re entitled to?

Before making a claim for compensation on a delayed Air Canada Rouge flight, you first need to know what you are entitled to. The list of compensation amounts are highlighted here so please check this before making your delayed Air Canada Rouge flight compensation complaint.
