Have you already complained to Garuda Indonesia?
You need to file your complaint directly with the airline first.
Please note that to be eligible to make a flight delay complaint against Garuda Indonesia, you must have already complained to Garuda Indonesia directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given Garuda Indonesia eight (8) weeks to respond to your flight delay compensation dispute.
