AviationADR has been informed that Small Planet Airlines, a subscribing member to the AviationADR scheme, has ceased trading.
In the circumstances, AviationADR will no longer be accepting passenger claims in relation to Small Planet Airlines. For those passengers who currently have a live complaint being processed by AviationADR, whilst we will be finalising all determinations, we are unable to confirm with any certainty as to whether the administrators or liquidators of Small Planet Airlines will honour any compensation awards made.
