Before making a complaint about Delta
Remember that to lodge a complaint against Delta Airlines, you must have already directed your grievance to Delta Airlines’ customer service in writing.
You should have either received a final written response, also dubbed a ‘deadlock letter’, or given Delta Airlines an eight-week timespan to respond to your complaint.
