Steven Gasztowicz QC has a land law practice, including landlord and tenant work, and is author of Scamell & Gasztowicz on Land Covenants. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Deputy High Court Judge in both the Chancery Division and the Queen’s Bench Division, and also a specialist Chancery recorder, authorised to hear landlord and tenant disputes in the county court.
