Natasha Peter is a member of the bars of England & Wales and Paris, with over 20 years of experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. Her practice spans a wide range of commercial arbitrations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, with a focus on the energy (including renewables and oil and gas), construction, infrastructure, finance, joint venture, M&A and telecommunications sectors.
Natasha is also specialised in consumer arbitration and adjudication, having conducted over 60 adjudications under the Water Redress and Consumer Code for Home Builders Schemes administered by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). She is a member of several panels of arbitrators including CEDR; LCIA; Delos; UK Adjudicators; eJust; CIICA; and EDAC.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is trained as a mediator by the CMAP. She regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on topics relating to arbitration, commercial/ contract law and alternative dispute resolution.
