CDRL is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Hunt ADR to provide the arbitration and conciliation scheme for disputes between consumers and members of ABTA, The Travel Association.

CDRL will be providing the case management system and admin staff for the scheme. CDRL arbitrators will also be used alongside an external panel.
