CDRL is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Hunt ADR to provide the arbitration and conciliation scheme for disputes between consumers and members of ABTA, The Travel Association.
Managing Director of Hunt ADR, Gregory Hunt, said “I always look to collaborate and when it came to case management, in my view, the CDRL system is the best on the market, and it made sense to combine our resources and work together. Working with CDRL will, I believe, provide consumers and members of ABTA with the most comprehensive arbitration service available today.”
Dean Dunham, Chief Executive of CDRL, says “We have enjoyed a good working relationship with Gregory over the past 2 years and are delighted to be working with him on this project. We are also excited to be working with ABTA and delivering a first-class arbitration scheme alongside Hunt ADR”.
CDRL will be providing the case management system and admin staff for the scheme. CDRL arbitrators will also be used alongside an external panel.
